How to Create a Related Item

Related Items shows you all dependant tasks that have been forwarded on to other users. 

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety. 



The site manager page displays all issues that have been assigned and their information.
Select the one you would like to create a subtask for by clicking on the issue from the list. 
  1. Navigate to the Related Items tab
  2. Click New related item
  3. In the Assigned To field type the user or company name that you would like to create a related item to
  4. Click Save or Save & Send to assign
It is optional to add CC to inform the relevant users.
Users who have been copied will only have access to view the issue, they will not be able to edit or close the issue.
However, they can communicate via the chat log.
