Site Manager Categories ensures you are able to capture crucial information via Site Manager, Smart Forms and even Document Workflows all from a centralised location.
Categories are exclusive to being in either Site Manager or Workflow, this restriction does not apply to Smart Forms.
From the Site Manager Control Panel, you can create and manage Issue Types used when creating a New Defect or New Site Issue.
1. Site Manager Settings
On the far right, click the cog and it will take you to control panel.
Click Site Manager and select Issue Types.
2. Manage and Create New Issues Category
Enter the new Issue
To Disable an Issue Type, click on the relative checkboxes and then the Trash Icon.
