Site Manager - Issue Types

Site Manager Category | Create New Issue Types


From the Site Manager Control Panel, you can create and manage Issue Types used when creating a New Defect or New Site Issue.

1. Site Manager Settings

On the far right, click the cog and it will take you to control panel. 




Click Site Manager and select Issue Types. 



2. Manage and Create New Issues Category

  • Enter the new Issue


  • To Disable an Issue Type, click on the relative checkboxes and then the Trash Icon.
