How to Attach Pending Documents to an Email

Files can be attached to the email directly from  the document register, however, if you're visiting the Document Register via email and notice not all your documents are showing, it's probably because they have not been accepted for the Register.
When documents are uploaded by external parties, for example, Consultant or Subcontractor, they are placed in pending state until the company who controls the register accepts the documents.  

Attach Pending Documents to Email

Click on Register to open the document register.



As a default, only current documents are displayed in the list.
To view all documents, select the Pending Documents checkbox.
Click on each files checkbox to select, and click Attach to add to your email.
