Where are my Documents in the Commnia Document Register
If you're visiting the Document Register and notice not all your documents are showing, it's probably because they have not been accepted for the Register.
When documents are uploaded by external parties, for example, a Consultant or Subcontractor, they are placed in pending state until the company who controls the register accepts the documents.
To view the documents, select Pending from the dropdown in Register Status.
To find out how to Accept Documents and supersede revisions click here.
External Users will not have access to any documents unless they have uploaded the documents themselves, or documents have been sent via Commnia Email by the builder company.
