How to add a hyperlink to a drawing in your Commnia Form Template
When building your form template you may find you need to add a link to a drawing or document in Commnia Document Register.
- From the form builder, under Instructions options click on any of the options. (For our example we have clicked Text).
- A new panel will open for you to add information
- Via Document Register, select the checkbox inline with the document that you want to add a hyperlink to.
- Click Share, and select Create QR Code/Link
- Copy the link, it will save to your clipboard
- Go back to your form template, paste the link you copied
- Highlight the link, then on ribbon, click the Insert Link
- The link will now be added as a URL destination, click Save to apply as a hyperlink
- Users who receive the form will now have access to the document when they click on the link.
