How to Create QR Code for your Package | Web
In Commnia you can create QR Code for Packages allowing you to share it with your external stakeholders for easy access.
This also allows you to modify the documents in the package without having to constantly share different links as long as you've already shared the QR Code you are all set.

How to Create QR Code in Packages
1. Access Document Register
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click on Document Register under Document Control.
2. Create QR Code
Click on Packages and in the drop-down menu select Generate QR Code.
This will present a Pop Up with all the generated QR Codes for the Packages you have created.
1. Select the Package that you wish to generate a QR Code for
2. From here you can Download and Print the QR Code
3. Alternatively, you can Copy the link and attach it to several communications
Examples: Forms, Agreements, Tenders, Tenders Requests, Tender Analysis or any place where you need to reference a document package.
Once you have shared the QR Code you can continue to modify the documents in the package, by adding or removing documents.
