How to Send Tender Addendums

Commnia allows you to send revised tender documents or add new documents to a tender. Here are three ways to send tender addenda:

1. Auto Send Revised Documents via the SmartGrid

Commnia's Auto Send Revised Documents (Smart Grid) feature automatically identifies which contacts need revised documents for a particular project. This option is especially useful.

2. Send Tender Addendum via Commnia Inbox

You can also send tender addenda using the simple email function. This option is best used when you only have a few people who need the new tender documents. Make sure to mark the email category as "Tender Addendum".

3.  Add new Documents to an Existing Tender - For Quotes

If you need to add new documents to a tender, create a new email under the "Tender Request" category. Once sent, it will appear under the Tender Manager alongside all your other tender documents.
