Updated Commnia Forms Features 2022

This article will showcase the latest features that have been implemented into Commnia Forms.

Section Block: Adding content under a section

Users can customise forms sections by navigating to the right-hand side of the screen and selecting the "plus" icon from a Section block to add content under the associated section




Currency

A currency block allows users to request a currency value in their forms - Commnia provides a range of popular currencies of which, will provide further clarity when requesting a monetary value for external parties to complete.

Number

Users can now select a unit of measurement when implementing a number field in Commnia forms. The measurements have been categorised into headings including:
  1. Length
  2. Mass
  3. Volume 
  4. Temperature
  5. Time
  6. Others

Latest features to Commnia forms will also translate onto generated reports



Form Settings

Before finalising the creation of your forms - users will see the newly revised Form Settings menu. Users must provide a name, category and select a security type for the form.
  1. Recipients and Sender: Selecting this option means that only the person who sent the form in addition to the individuals receiving the form will be able to view and complete the form.
  2. Recipients, sender and their colleagues: Similar to the first option - this option also allows the colleagues of the same project to also view and complete the form.
