How to create custom responses in Forms


Custom Responses allow users to quickly populate information when interacting with a dropdown, single select or multiselect question fields.
When inserting either a dropdown, single select or multiselect question in the form - users will notice a popup menu towards the top of the screen.
The Custom Responses menu - is a customisable range of pre-set responses that will allow users to quickly populate options into their questions.

Creating a pre-set - Using as Dropdown example

Insert a dropdown question into the form to trigger the "Custom Responses" popup screen - This menu allows users to create/edit/delete pre-set items.

Edit and Delete options are only available when a custom response exists

To begin creating the pre-set menu - Select the "Orange plus" icon on the right-hand side of the custom responses menu.



Populating Custom Responses 

1. Enter name for the first selection
2. Select a colour for each field / or delete the option
3. Click + Add another to insert an additional option to the question
4. Select Save to finalise the creation of your custom response

After clicking "Save" you can either:

1. Return to edit your custom responses
2. Delete the whole pre-set 
3. Select a pre-set from the custom response list

3.1 After selecting a preset - close the custom responses menu by clicking on the cross icon
