How to Manage Workflow Categories - Create and Delete | Desktop

In Commnia, managing your Document Workflow Categories is easily accessible through the Control Panel. These workflows are crucial for ensuring documents are reviewed and approved by designated owners and reviewers before being officially added to the register. This feature is particularly valuable in construction, where maintaining an organised and transparent review process is essential for project efficiency and compliance.
AlertCategories are exclusive to being in either Site Manager or Workflow, this restriction does not apply to Smart Forms.

Please note that Categories are Company based.

Navigate to Control Panel


Select Control Panel



Click on Site Manager



Create a Workflow Category


Click on 'Add New Issue Type'
1. Name your new category
2. Select 'Workflow'
3. Save



The new category will be created



Delete a Workflow Category




1. Select the 'Category' you wish to delete
2. Click on Delete
3. Confirm
