How to Setup and Automate Tender Closing Dates | Web

How to setup, maintain and edit tender closing dates for your projects in Commnia.

You can automate tender closing dates so that every time you create a new tender it will automatically assign the date as it's set up in your projects page.
AlertPlease note that this section is for the Builder and Administrator only.

1. Accessing the Project Register

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Project Register under Operations.




2. Project List

The following screen will appear displaying all of your Projects:




  1. Click on the project code or project name.
  2. Refer to the Access Start and End Date, click on the calendar icon to set the start date and closing date for your tenders.
  3. Once you have input your project information click Save.
