How to Export Form ITPs

How do I export Form ITPs to Excel?

Quick answer: Navigate to Site Manager, filter to the ITP category, click Exports, and select Forms ITPs. All displayed ITPs will be exported and downloaded to your device as an Excel file.

Steps

1. Open Site Manager

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Site Manager under Quality + Safety.

2. Filter and export

  1. Filter to the ITP category.
  2. Click Exports.
  3. Select Forms ITPs.

What to expect

All ITPs currently displayed on screen will be exported and downloaded to your device as an Excel file. The tabs within the Excel file will be sorted based on the Form name.

Troubleshooting

Problem: The exported file contains more ITPs than expected.
Cause: The export includes all ITPs currently displayed — if no filters are applied, all ITPs will be included.
Fix: Apply the relevant filters (e.g. by date, status, or location) before clicking Export to narrow down the results.

Problem: The Forms ITPs option is not visible under Exports.
Cause: You may not have filtered to the ITP category first.
Fix: Make sure you have selected the ITP category filter before clicking Exports.
