Manage and Fill in ITP's Assigned to You

All new and open pending ITP are emailed to the responsible user.

The ITP notification received by email will have a link in the body that is a connection to the ITP's details page.
Click on 'Access your ITP'.



Alternatively, you can navigate to Site Manager and open the ITP assigned to you from the list by simply clicking anywhere on the information bar.



There are 3 sections to manage the ITPs assigned to you;



1Update defect status and notificationsthe user responsible initially has four options; accept, accept & complete, forward or reject.
  1. Accept: You accept the ITP and you will notice updated options appearing including Complete or Reject.
  2. Accept and Complete: It will flag that an ITP can not be marked as complete because it has an outstanding form attached. Once you complete the form the ITP will be marked as complete.
  3. Forward: You can forward the ITP to another user.
  4. Reject: You do not accept the ITP assigned to you, it will send a rejection notification back to the task owner to reassign, reallocate or close.

  1.  Fill in the assigned form by clicking on the ITP.
  1. Once you have completed the form click Mark as Complete, it will mark the ITP as completed and the person who assigned the ITP will get a notification for review and close accordingly.

  1. Add attachments from local device and register.



3. Each ITP contains a messenger style communication area, allowing both parties to communicate on the ITP. This may contain clarification questions or progress updates.
