How to produce an ITP for multiple locations with corresponding QR Codes

In the following example, we will demonstrate how to perform this function for multiple apartments in several residential building.

Establish a User Group

Here we will create a User Group prior to creating the ITP so we can easily assign it to them.
Access the Contacts Module via the Main Menu

Navigate to Project Groups, and click on New Group

1. Give your group a Name
2. Assign the Privacy
3. Once completed click on Save

Add Users to the newly created group
You can do this by either searching for them individually or even copying from another group as the example below shows.

Upload all Locations

In Commnia you can upload locations from an excel file which ultimately saves time instead of creating them one by one

1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Select Site Manager
3. Click on the Locations Tab
4. From here you can download the template

Here you can fill out Location, Sub Location 1, 2 and 3 just make sure to follow the template format.

Once you are happy Save it and upload the file

Creating Multiple ITPs and corresponding QR code for multiple Locations

1. On the Main Menu
2. Search for ITP
3. Select New ITP

From here Fill out the details of your inspection, set priority and due date along with the Title.
Notice when we reach Location and Sublocation all the options we added are there for us to select.
To select Multiple locations, ensure to click on Select Multiple from the dropdown list.

In the CC section you will also be able to select the Bathroom Inspection Group we created prior.
Select the Users and click on Done

Attach the form you wish to be completed.
Select Save
A Confirmation code will need to be entered.
Ensure that Create QR Location is ticked and click on submit.

Just like that, the above steps will produce an ITP for each apartment and create a corresponding QR code for that apartment if it's yet to be created.
It will also grant all subcontractors access to the form when they scan the QR code.
