How to Complete and Submit Smart Form

When you have been assigned a SmatForm for completion you will receive an email and there will be a link in the body that is a connection to the forms page in Commnia.

Click on the link to be taken to fill in the form in Commnia.



Click on the drop-down arrow to complete each section of the form.
Once you have completed the form, click Mark as Complete.



The sender of the form will get a notification email that the form has been submitted.

If the form requires approval the person nominated will approve or reject it accordingly, before submitting it into the Commnia system as a complete form.
