Delete a Smart Form Template | Tablet

You are able to delete a form from the Forms template tab, so that users no longer have access to this form.

1. From Commnia main menu, click on Smart Forms and select Templates.

2. Click on the ellipsis inline with the template you would like to remove and then select Delete Template.

3. A confirmation prompt will appear, click Delete to confirm.
