Depending on the form permissions - This will determine who has access to the submission
Form Submissions will display a list of forms that have been distributed for completion and their status.

On the main menu select Smart Forms.



You are able to search by Name or Category
List of forms will be displayed with recipient details, date indicators and categorised by status.




Using the filter you can narrow down the search by:
  1. Completed - the recipient has submitted responses to the form assigned      
  2. New - awaiting for the recipient to complete and submit the form
  3. Draft - recipient has commenced filling in the form, however, has saved it as a draft (the form is not submitted).
  4. Pending - recipient has submitted a completed form. The assigned authoriser needs to accept and authorise.


The filter can also be used to search by:

Forms assigned to me
For assigned by me
Pending Approval - Inductions forms or any form that requires approval



You can also use the dynamic category filter on the left to change the displayed forms



Create a New Submission

To Create a New Submissions First Click on the Plus button
Select the form you wish to submit (don't forget you can use the search and drop down to find the exact form you need)
Now Simply fill out the form and Save or Mark as Complete.


Review Submissions

Selecting a Form will open the form viewer displaying responses.
Click on each section to see responses and attachments.
These will be time stamped at time of interaction and show who interacted with that question.
If you are the approver, after reviewing the submission you can select Approve, Reject.
You will receive a security code on your registered mobile phone number.
Enter the number to Complete the Form.
