Site Manager Overview

Site Manager Overview | Tablet

The Site Manager Module allows users to manage, create and review Site related activity like ITP's, Defects, SWMS, Incidents, Inspections and much more.

Access Site Manager

In the Home Screen tap on Site Manager



The Site Manager Screen

Here you can manage and view Site Manager Items and their progress. (Defects, ITPS, Specifications and more)



1. Toggles between Form Dashboard and List View
2. Display area dynamically changes depending on view selected
3. Toggle the frequency of the automated Activity Report sent to participants with open items for review



4. Toggle Status Updates informing users whenever there is a status change on the item



5. Control Both Activity Reports and Status Updates



6. Run a Site Manager Report PDF or Export To Excel

List View

Allows you to view per Category or All Categories.
Tap into the required item that needs review.



From here you can review the item, go into any form and check on the status of the submission.
Inside the Form you can review questions with user & timestamps, attachments and collaborators.



Forms Dashboard View


This view provides a comprehensive breakdown of all the categories and the respective progress of forms.



Filters:




Received: assigned to me
Send: Items I have assigned
Deleted: Deleted items

Assigned: Items yet to be completed
Re-Assigned: Items that been re-assigned
Accepted: Items that have been accepted by the recipient
Completed: Items that have been completed
Rejected: Items that have been rejected
Closed: Items that have been closed

Assigned to: Filter by Company
Due Date: Filter by due date
Location 1 - 4: Filter by Location
Assigned By: Filter by what company assigned the form
Report Date: Filter by report date

Add Category

Allows you to Add Category Tabs to the dashboard where information can be analyzed



Selecting Each Category goes into detail of the different forms, their progress and location.
Allowing you to quickly view and manage all Information inside Submissions.



Reports


You can run a report on issues/defects in the list:
1. Selecting on the Reports icon button.
2. Choosing from 




Site Manager Reporting



1. Send as a Report or as a Link
2. Select All or Individual Company/Trades
3. Select how you would like your report to be sorted, By Trade, By Location or By Type
4. Email the summary of items to trades.
5. Sends the report to yourself



Create Site Manager Item


Select the Plus button, you can add attachments files from various sources like Document Register or even add a Form.
Select the Category and enter the relevant details to complete
