Export Register via Document Register | Web
Commnia lets you export the complete history of any documents in the document register.
Access the Document Register
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Register under Document Control.
Navigate to the right side and click Report.
You will be given 3 options: Full List, Selected Items and Displayed Results.
Full List
The report will show all of the latest document revisions that have been uploaded to the register in an excel sheet.
If you select all revisions, the excel report will display all document revisions.
Selected Items
The selected documents will be exported to excel format.
Displayed Results
Documents that are currently displayed on your screen will be exported to PDF or Excel format.
Fox example, filtering the document type to Specification.
The report will only display the filtered documents.
