How to Export Selected Documents from the Document Register

Commnia's Document Register allows you to select multiple documents and export them into Excel.

1. Access Document Register

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Register under Document Control. 



2. Select Documents

  1. You can use the Document Register Filter or Search bar to help you find the files you need quickly.
  2. Select the documents you would like to export, you can select individually or select all by clicking the checkbox.
  3. Navigate to Report and ensure you are in the Document Register tab.




      4. Click Selected Items from the menu and Submit
      5. The files will download as Excel, click Open File to open the location of where the files are downloaded. You can move the files to your choice of storage location.



The selected documents will be displayed in the excel file.
