How to Change a Document to the Latest Revision | Web
Only Administrators or Document Controllers can change any uploaded documents to become the latest revision.
1. Access Document Register
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Register under Document Control.
The green checkmark next to the revision indicates the latest revision.
2. Changing Document to Become the Latest Revision
Choose your desired document.
Select the revision that you want to change.
Click on Set as most current button, which is located on the right-hand side.
A confirmation prompt will appear for you to confirm the change.
Once confirmed, the checkmark will be updated to your selected revision.
Any revisions that have already been uploaded after your selected revision will become Obsolete.
