Export Transmittal Sent to Selected Companies via Document Register

Commnia lets you view a complete history of all documents sent to the selected company.

 You can view a complete history of all documents sent by Email via Commnia Document Register and generate a report.

1. Navigate to Document Register

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Document Register under Document Control.



2.  Document Register Filters

The document register is broken up into 2 main areas;
  1. You can use the Document Register Filter and Search bar to narrow down your list, i.e search by Company, apply Date Filters, Discipline etc
  2. The Document List displays a list of all documents that have been uploaded to the register and meet any filters that have been applied in the document register filter.

If you want to create a custom report; apply filters and/or select documents from the list.

1. Open the Document Register Filter and add a company to 'Sent To'
2. Click Apply



3. You can select the documents that you would like to generate a report.



3. Generate Report

Once you have applied filters, you can choose to run this list as a report by clicking on the Report button. 

Navigate to Sent Documents tab. 

Based on your selection of report type, a new window will open as a PDF document or Excel for preview.
You are able to print the report or you can save it to your preferred storage location and email.



Selected Items
The report will be sorted by selected company and it will list the documents that you have selected via the Document Register. 



Displayed Results
The report will be sorted by selected company and it will list the documents displayed on your screen.
