Copy a Previous Site Diary

Copy a Previous Site Diary

Commnia Site Diary lets you copy a previous Site Diary in order to save valuable time.

To do this follow these steps;

1. Click New
2. Click Copy Diary



A pop up will ask you to enter:
3. The date of the New Site Diary you wish you create (the current date will be automatically displayed, however, you are able to edit this if needed).
4. The date of a previous Site Diary you wish you to copy.
5. After both dates are correct, click Copy.
You will be taken to your new Site Diary which has been successfully copied.
6. Click on each of the headings to enter/view further information.

Please note only Labour, Trade Attendance & Visitor details will be copied.



You are now able to edit details, simply select Edit and, then click Save to complete your changes.
