This policy applies to all Commnia features that allow users to send project-related notifications, invitations, or communications through email or messaging (“Covered Services”). By using these services, you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy as a condition of use.
Commnia supports permission-based communication only. You may use Covered Services solely to send messages to individuals who are authorised participants in your projects, such as team members, subcontractors, consultants, or clients, or who have given explicit consent to receive communication from you through Commnia.
If we determine that messages are being sent to individuals without consent or legitimate project relevance, Commnia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

1. Defintion of Permisison
In the context of Commnia, “permission” means authorised or legitimate access to project communication. Examples include:
- The recipient is an active or invited user within a Commnia project or organisation.
- The recipient has been invited by you to collaborate on a tender, RFI, or document via Commnia and has accepted the invitation.
- The recipient has opted in to receive notifications or updates from your company through Commnia.
- The recipient has provided their contact details for legitimate project coordination, communication, or compliance purposes.
Permission is considered revoked if a recipient unsubscribes from optional notifications, requests removal from your contact list, or is no longer part of a project.
2. Compliance Rules
All Commnia users must comply with the following rules when using Covered Services:
- Maintain Legitimate Use – Send communications only to users or contacts with a clear business or project relationship.
- No Unauthorised Contact Lists – Do not upload or send messages to contact lists obtained through unrelated sources, purchased databases, or scraped emails.
- Accurate Sender Details – Ensure sender names, project names, and contact information accurately reflect your organisation.
- Relevant Content – Messages must relate to genuine project, compliance, or business activity.
- Unsubscribe and Notification Control – Respect users’ notification preferences and honour unsubscribe or opt-out requests promptly.
- Transparency – Do not use misleading subject lines or conceal the origin of a message.
Commnia may, at any time, request verification that your communications are legitimate and project-related. Failure to provide this may result in suspension or removal of access.
