Change or Remove User Permissions in Commnia Drive

Consultants are only able to access a folder in the Commnia Drive if it has been shared to them.

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click on Commnia Drive under Document Control.



Navigate to the folder, you wish to change/remove the user.
1. Click on the ellipsis "..."
2. Click on View permissions / Share.

From the list of users, select the user you wish to change/remove permissions for from the drop-down list.
Changing/Removing a permission from the main folder will not affect the subfolder. 



  1. Can View: Can only view and download files or folders they have been given access.
  2. Can Edit: They can upload files to the folder.
  3. Full Permission: Allows the user or group to have system admin rights, can edit/delete or add files.
  4. Remove: Remove their access to the folder.
