To upload files into a folder, navigate to the folder where these files are to be uploaded to. Click on the Upload button.
The upload files dialogue box will appear:
You can drag and drop the files directly here or click to select files from your local drive.

Each folder or file will inherit permissions from its parent folder. To Modify the Folder/Files Permission, click on the ellipsis button to the right of the folder/filename. Then click on View Permissions / Share.
There are 3 different permission options; by internal users, users or groups.
This permission option allows you to set global permission for all internal users. Click on the Select drop-down list and select the permission level.
The Group permissions allow you to assign permission based on a user group. This way, as new project users are added to user groups, they will automatically inherit the correct permissions. Click on the user group you'd like to add permission for this folder/file.
Click on the Select drop-down list to choose the permission level to assign to this user group.
