Sharing Commnia Drive

Share Commnia Drive Folder and Files with Users and Groups

Consultants are only able to access a folder in the Commnia Drive if it has been shared to them.



Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Commnia Drive under Document Control.


Assigning Folder Permissions 

Navigate to the folder, you wish to share.
1. Click on the ellipsis "..."
2. Click on View permissions / Share.

Share it with a user in your contact list or a user group by selecting the tabs accordingly.
Please note you can assign the type of permission from the drop-down list.

  1. Can View: Can only view and download files or folders they have been given access.
  2. Can Edit: They can upload files to the drive.
  3. Full Permission: Allows the user or group to have system admin rights, can edit/delete or add files.

Share file or folder with a user 

Search for the user/group in the search bar.
Assign permissions from the drop-down menu.
The user will receive an email notification and a link to the file or folder.



After selecting the permission, a prompt will appear to let you know it has been saved successfully.
