How to View the History of a Document

Commnia lets you view a complete history of all documents sent to any given recipient.  You can check which users you have sent documents to in three ways:

1.  Document History via Document Register

Viewing a document's history through the Document Register allows you to see what emails the document selected was attached to.

2. History of Documents Sent to Company

History of Documents Sent to Company allows you to view the history of a document sorted by company rather than by the email they were attached to. This option is especially useful if you want to check if a particular subcontractor has received a set of documents.

3. History of Documents Sent by Email

This view allows you to check the documents that were attached to every email you sent from Commnia.
