  • Quick Access: Easily find all documents sent to a specific company by using the History of Documents Sent to Companies feature.

  • Comprehensive Record: View a full history of documents sent from the Document Register, Drive, or local disk.

  • Document Activity: See the date and time when each document was viewed or downloaded, providing complete visibility.


1. Accessing History of Documents Sent to Company

From Commnia main menu, search History of Documents Sent to Company.

  1. To narrow down your search, you can search by Company or Trade or simply scroll through all companies available.
  2. Once you have selected Company or Trade, a list of recipients for that company will be listed. You can narrow down the Search by Recipients.
  3. You can also see the source of where the documents were uploaded from: Document Register, Commnia Drive or Other Files
  4. You can also view the original Email where the document was attached, click on the envelope icon, the following screen will appear

Click once again on the Envelope Icon and it will take you to your Inbox and open the specified email

      5. Export to Excel will export all attachments that have been sent to selected company
