History of Documents Sent by Email

History of Documents Sent by Email is a simplified version of Commnia's Inbox filter. You can view a complete history of all documents sent by Email via Commnia.

1. Accessing History of Documents Sent by Email

Navigate to the menu bar icon and search History of Documents Sent by Email.



2. Outline of History of Documents Sent by Email

To view, the history of specific documents sent by Email you can start by selecting a document category from the drop-down menu, alternatively, enter Doc No or Subject.

  1. Select the Email - Click on the envelope icon to view the original Email where the document was attached.
  2. A list of all recipients for the chosen email will be listed. You can Search by Recipients.
  3. By clicking on a recipient you can see if and when the Documents were downloaded by that recipient.
  4. You can also see the source of where the documents were uploaded from. Document Register, Commnia Drive or Other File


3. Add Recipient to Email

You can also add a new recipient(s) to any selected email, as long as you are the one who created the original Email.

Simply click on Add Recipients to display Project Contact List.

Select Users and you will have the option to add 'To', 'CC' or 'BCC'.

Click Yes to the confirmation prompt.  

If a contact is not already a part of Commnia, you are able to add them by clicking on the Create New Contact icon.
