How to Connect with Commnia Screen Share

Commnia Screen Share, also known as desktop sharing, it is a form of online support tool you can use to share the contents of your computer with Commnia Support Team.

Screen sharing lets us view your screen and watch you navigate through Commnia in real-time, and also allows us to interact and navigate the interface for demos, training and support purposes.

Screen sharing can include sharing the entire screen or a single application window.


1. Start Screen Share

To initiate Screen Share please either call Commnia support on (02) 9571-5540 or start a Live Chat to let us know you would like to connect via Screen Share.

Login to your Commnia account and select your desired project.


  1. In the main menu bar, select the help button.
  2. Select Commnia Screen Share from the drop-down menu.



The Join Remote Support Session will appear.

Must contact support to receive a Session ID either through Email or SMS. 

Enter the Session ID and your name.
Click Join Session, once you have entered those details.



2. Download the App

The following screen will pop up. 
Click Agree and Download. 


Follow the step on the screen to Join Session by navigating to your downloads.





Click Yes to Verify Access to your Computer.



Once you click Join, you will be connected with a Support Technician and they will start the demo, training or related support.
