Commnia Screen Share, also known as desktop sharing, it is a form of online support tool you can use to share the contents of your computer with Commnia Support Team.
Screen sharing lets us view your screen and watch you navigate through Commnia in real-time, and also allows us to interact and navigate the interface for demos, training and support purposes.
To initiate Screen Share please either call Commnia support on (02) 9571-5540 or start a Live Chat to let us know you would like to connect via Screen Share.
Login to your Commnia account and select your desired project.
The Screen Share Portal will appear.
Click Start a new session.
The following screen will pop up. Enter your name and click start session.
Follow the steps on the screen to Join Session.
Click Yes to Verify Access to your Computer.
You are now connected with a Support Technician and they will start the demo, training or related support.
