Navigate to our Knowledge Base and click Commnia Community.
Click Ask a question.
You will be taken to a Sign In page, if you do not have an account, click New User.
This login is different to your Commnia login.
After clicking New User, the page will ask you to create an account.
Once you have created an account, click the confirmation link that has been sent to your email address.
The link will redirect you to create a password.
Once you have entered your personal details, click Save.
You can input your requests, and once it has been posted, our customer support team will be notified and will respond to you promptly.
