How do I restore a retained project?

Quick answer: Retained projects are stored away from your active project list. A System Administrator can restore one at any time by filtering for retained projects in the Project Register and reactivating it.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Main Menu and select Project Register

2. Under Project Status, select Retained

3. Select the project you wish to restore

4. Click Re-activate

5. Confirm at the prompt

What to expect

The project will be moved out of retained storage and returned to your active project list, where it will be accessible to your team as read only.

Common issues

Problem: The project is not appearing under the Retained filter Cause: The project may have been archived under a different status, or the filter has not been applied correctly Fix: Check that Retained is selected under Project Status, and verify the project name with your System Administrator
