Create & Customise Your Dashboard | Tablet

Commnia Dashboard is an information management tool that allows users to monitor various departments in the project providing a snapshot of what is outstanding and needs to be followed up by drawing information from Commnia Inbox. With the Commnia Dashboard, users can conveniently track the progress and status of various project components in real-time. 

Access Commnia Dashboard

Click on the main menu on the top left of your screen and select Dashboard.



Customise Your Dashboard


Project Contact List
Here you can customise the visible Columns of Information and Reorganize them via the Cog Wheel and selecting Manage Columns.
Toggle for visibility and drag and drop to organise.



Form


See Pending and Completed Forms at a glance helping you stay on top of the project.
Enable and Disable Form Categories by selecting the Cog Wheel
Toggle for visibility and drag and drop to organise.
Select Apply to confirm your selection



Click on this Icon to be taken to the Form Page where you can see all the selected Category submissions.


Location

Enable and Disable Locations by selecting the Cog Wheel
Toggle for visibility and drag and drop to organise.
Select Apply to confirm your selection
Just like Forms click on the icon to be taken to the Location hub



The location hub gives you greater visibility to Site Manager Items, Doc Register Documents, Photos and Forms associated with that location.
By clicking on the icons you will be able to find links for those specific items on the right-hand side.
Selecting the plus icon will allow you to perform respective actions according to the module selected.

 

Inbox

In your inbox, there may be relevant items that you may want to make sure are completed or require a follow-up, such as RFI’s Variations, EOTs.
Commnia has a customizable element that fills the dashboard with specific data to display information in a user-defined way giving you an overview of your entire project.
For example, an Estimator may be interested in tender closing dates, by clicking on Tender Request, it will give you a snapshot of all Open Tender Requests in your inbox.
Enable and Disable Inbox Categories by selecting the Cog Wheel
Toggle for visibility and drag and drop to organise.
Select Apply to confirm your selection
Click View all items for the full list.
Click inside the corresponding category to be taken to the Inbox.



Site Manager 

See Assigned, Accepted, Completed, Rejected and close items that include all Tasks
Enable and Disable Site Manager Categories by selecting the Cog Wheel
Toggle for visibility and drag and drop to organise.
Select Apply to confirm your selection
Click View all items for the full list.
Click on the corresponding category icon to be taken to the Inbox.
