Site Sign On with QR Code | Desktop

Commnia’s QR Sign-on feature simplifies visitor record-keeping, making it quick, contactless, and accurate. You can easily generate unique QR codes for each building site or various locations within the same site.

With our geofencing technology, users are automatically signed out when they leave the site, enhancing convenience and safety.

You have two options for QR codes:

Static QR Code: Remains unchanged after creation.

Dynamic QR Code: Updates automatically at set intervals, providing added security and accuracy.

This feature not only streamlines your visitor management but also supports a safer working environment.



Access QR Sign-On Settings via the Main Menu

Static QR Code

  1. Add your location - you can enter a custom description as detailed as required
  2. Choose the type of QR Code you wish to generate - Static or Dynamic
  3. You have the option to Integrate with Notices and Inductions
  4. Create QR Sign-On

Dynamic QR Code Generator

Enter Title / QR Location and Choose Dynamic QR Code
You will be prompted to add refresh time in minutes and add an expiry date, once you are done Create QR Sign-On.

5. Display High-Quality QR Codes for Print 

Once you have created the Code, you will be directed back to the list of all QR Codes created.

1. You can filter by Job / Project from the drop-down menu.
2. Click Display for the QR code to open in a new tab or Print to open a PDF version with printer functions activated as per the below examples.

Once you have printed the QR code;
  1. Download and display your unique QR Code poster. (Do not alter the poster in any way or the QR code may not display correctly). 
  2. Display the QR code where it’s easy to see and easy for people to scan. Display copies of the code at different heights for people with limited mobility or who are using wheelchairs. 

Once a user scans the QR code, they will be prompted to complete personal details including their company, name and mobile number.
Warning
The user must either provide an email address or a phone number



6. List of Registered Visitors

List of Site Visitors scanned can be be found in the Site Diary under the Sign-On History tab.



7. Delete QR Code 

1. Select your Code


2. Click Delete



3. Click Confirm
