Post Construction and Aftercare with Commnia

In Commnia, you are able to create a Project for post construction and aftercare where systems are fine-tuned. This process provides the opportunity for the project team to have access to all project files for regular and planned maintenance routine that you may need to undertake simply by creating folders by Project in Commnia Drive and communicate accordingly with your Contacts Groups for each of the completed projects.

1. Maintenance Manuals and As-built for project aftercare

1. Complete Details Section, Project Code, Name and Company Address

2. To save the project, add in the minimum Estimated Project Value to $1,000,000 and select Construction as the status from the drop-down menu

3. Create the timeline, you can set construction end date as far as you like, up to 10 years.
