How to Select Document Register Package in SmartGrid
Before proceeding with this article - the below information is only relevant if you have an existing package. To create a package please click here.
1. Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Tender Grid under Tendering.
Populate the SmartGrid with a the list of tender recipients - you can learn more about this process here.
2. Select the document(s) you want to send via Add From Document Register option.
3. You will be taken to the document register screen - click the Document Register Advanced Filter icon
3a. Navigate to Packages and select your desired package, click Apply
4. Once you have selected your package - the relevant documents associated to the selected package will be displayed on your screen. From here you can select all and attach them to the SmartGrid.
5. Once you click "Attach" - you have successfully selected packages in the Tender SmartGrid
