Embedding Videos in Forms

With Commnia, you can easily embed your own Commnia Drive videos directly into SmartForm instructions. This powerful feature allows you to share detailed and private video content without relying on external hosting platforms like YouTube. It's an ideal solution for creating LMS-style forms, ensuring secure and efficient training and communication within your projects.

Accessing Commnia Drive

Go to the main menu and select Commnia Drive

Upload your Videos

1. Create a folder

2. Give your Folder a Name

3. Select the permissions for your internal users

4. Select Upload

5. Drag and Drop your video or videos into this area to upload

6. Once uploaded select Save Changes

7.Click on the ellipsis

8. Select Create QR code/link

9. Click on the video icon and copy the link

Now that we have the link we can embed it in a form

Inside one of your Instructions, click on the video icon and paste the link.
