Techniques for troubleshooting problems

 Try these steps to resolve Commnia login issues.

1. Ensure your browser is up to date, please note we do not support internet explorer or the legacy Microsoft edge. Use Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari to log in to Commnia.

2. You may have saved  the login page as a bookmark on your browser it may be saved with the incorrect URL, remove the bookmark and try login in via https://login.commnia.com/

3. Log out and log back into Commnia - your browser may be stuck with old data.

4. Clear Cache,  CTRL + SHIFT + R (CMD + SHIFT + R on Mac) - clearing the cache forces your browser to retrieve the newest copy available from the website, something that should happen automatically but something that does not. 

5. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the link Forgot -  see how to Recover or Reset Your Password when signing into Commnia.
