Techniques for troubleshooting problems

 Try these steps to resolve Commnia login issues.

1. Ensure your browser is up to date, please note we do not support internet explorer or the legacy Microsoft edge. Use Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari to log in to Commnia.

2. You may have saved the login page as a bookmark on your browser it may be saved with the incorrect URL, remove the bookmark and try login in via https://login.commnia.com/

3. Log out and log back into Commnia - your browser may be stuck with old data.

4. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the link Forgot -  see how to Recover or Reset Your Password when signing into Commnia.

5. Try the Hard Refresh method below

Hard Refresh / Clear Cache

How to perform a hard refresh:
Press CTRL + SHIFT + R at the same time. 

There are several reasons why you might need to perform a hard refresh:

A hard refresh helps load the most recent version of a Commnia page by clearing your browser’s cached data. This is useful if updates aren't showing, your browser is running slowly, or you're experiencing issues like broken links or missing images. A hard refresh forces your browser to fetch a fresh copy from the server, resolving problems caused by outdated or corrupted cache.
