Before finalising the template of your forms - users will see the Form Settings menu. Users must provide a name, category and select a security type for the form.

To classify the type of category the form is in.
Approval Required (Optional):
Tick the box if you require an authoriser to approve or reject submission of this form.
Location Required (Optional):
Tick the box if you require a location to be assigned to the form.
The form will be made available for the community to download.
You can assign the form template to a project.
A brief description of what the form template is related to.
Due Date Settings:
Tick the box if you require a due date to be assigned to the form.
- Default due after (days) - Enter the number of days after the form is issued. Leave empty for no default due date
- Recipients and Sender: Selecting this option restricts who can view and complete the form, only the sender and recipients are able to access and submit the form.
- Recipients, sender and their colleagues: Similar to the first option - This option allows everyone in that particular project to access and complete the form.
