QR Locations Desktop
With Commnia, you can create specific locations within your project, each of which can be assigned a QR code. Site Manager items like defects, ITP's along with documents can be linked to these QR codes. This feature streamlines on-site communication by allowing you to display the QR code at each location. Users can scan the QR code to instantly access shared items and information. Please note that locations can be created in the control panel or via site manager.
You will need to download the Commnia App to scan the QR Codes.
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Locations under Quality + Safety.
Viewing QR Locations
You can utilise the search filters for a specific location.
Click on the icon under the Site Manager column and it will redirect you to Site Manager.
The list of issues related to the specific location would appear on the left hand side.
Adding Location
Click Add location on the top right.
Enter your desired locations and click Save.
Now you can allocate any documents to this location from the Document Register.
Printing QR Codes
1. Click on the Print icon to print individual locations
To print multiple locations:
2. Select the checkbox of the locations you would like to print
3. Click on Print Selected QR
A new window will open when you select the downloaded file.
From here you can print off the QR Codes.
