How to Update Project Status

Construction projects go through stages from Tendering or Design to Construction then Maintenance and Defects. Commnia Project Status allows you to easily update project's stage based on the status.

The project status list includes:

  • Tendering
  • DA
  • Construction
  • Maintenance
  • Completed
  • Read-Only
  • Archive

Updating the project status

To update the project status, you must be a System Administrator.

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Project Register under Operations. 




Select the project from the project list and update the status in the Project Status.




A prompt will appear for you to select the status of the project.
Click Confirm once you have selected the correct project status. 



You will notice that are caps on each project stage, if you have reached the limit contact Commnia support to increase your project caps, or you may archive your projects by moving Construction projects to Maintenance to free up space.
