Commnia is merging inductions and site sign-on, revealing how this integration can enhance onboarding and streamline processes with our Automation feature.

1. Select Sign-on from Main Menu
 

2. Select Create QR Code/Link




3.  A new page will open for you to enter details as per below

  1.  Choose the appropriate QR Code Type.
  2. Enter your location details. You can customise the description, such as specifying "Building B, Level 3," with any necessary specifics.
  3. Link your automated inductions (using the title of the saved automated Induction) to the QR Code.
  4. Add in a message to display if the automation is not complete
  5. Conclude by clicking the "Add" button to complete the procedure.
