Here are the steps to create automation:
1.Click the Control Panel icon.
2.Choose "Automation" from the available options.
3. Click on "New Automation" to open a new template.
1. Begin by accessing the drop-down menu and selecting the appropriate options: Type, Project, and Email Category. Additionally, assign a relevant title to the Automation.
2. Compose an email intended for the recipients. This email will be dispatched automatically to them upon successful registration via the QR Code.
3. Choose the specific form that needs to be completed.
4. After making your selections, click the "Save" button.
After clicking "Save," you'll be directed to the list of your Saved Automations.
To access further options, click on the ellipsis icon (three dots).
Here, you'll find the ability to:
Retrieve the Registration Link for copying.
Display the QR Registration Code.
Preview your Registration Page.
Edit the Email Template as needed.
Upon scanning a QR Code, users will encounter the registration form displayed below. After completing the form, the composed email template will be automatically sent along with the corresponding form that needs to be filled out. It's as straightforward as that
