Here are the steps to create automation:
Access QR Sign-On Settings via the Main Menu
Create QR Code
Static QR Code
- Add your location - you can enter a custom description as detailed as required
- Choose the type of QR Code you wish to generate - Static or Dynamic
- You have the option to Integrate with Notices and Inductions
- Create QR Sign-On
Dynamic QR Code Generator
Add relevant information (QR Code content) as per the previous steps.
You will be prompted to add refresh time in minutes and add an expiry date, once you are done Create QR Sign-On.
The Dynamic QR Code will dynamically refresh at the set interval
Create or link an existing Induction
Induction attached to the QR Sign On can be Project Specific (Project Induction) and also Company Specific (General Induction) giving you extra flexibility to manage Induction needs.
Project Induction
1. From the drop down menu you can link a previously created Induction
2. Create a New Induction

Once an Induction has been linked to the QR you can:
1. Set if the Induction is Mandatory before Sign on can occur
2. Display a message in the home screen when the induction is not complete
Non mandatory Induction will be skippable by the user
General Induction
These Inductions occur at the top level and function across projects, similar to project inductions you can choose from ones already created or create a new one.
Set the mandatory status and the message to display.
Once complete click on Save.

Once a user scans the QR code, they will be prompted to Download the Commnia App
User accounts can be created within the App by selecting "Register with Commnia"
Please note users must have an account with Commnia to Complete SmartForms

Once the user scans the QR Code the App will display the Induction Forms.
The user simply goes into each one and completes the details
Once the Mandatory Inductions forms are completed, subsequent scans of the QR Code will take the user to the Notice and Sign On screen
Once the user completes the forms the Sign on screen will appear will prefilled information.
