How to Distribute Forms

How to Send | Distribute Smart Forms via Commnia Inbox

You can distribute your fillable forms to recipients via Commnia Inbox or directly from the Form Templates List.

Send Via Commnia inbox

1. Create New Email and Attach Form


  Navigate via Quick Adds +  and select Other Correspondence



    1. Select the Document category from the drop-down list.
    2. Add Recipients or Group Name i.e  Site Team (If you do not want the recipients in the 'To' field to see each other - click Send privately).
    3. Complete all other fields., subject, description, addons, etc
    4. Attach your form - by clicking on Forms


The following window will open;



1. Search and Filter available forms by Inbox Folder/ Category  or use keyword search

2. Select your form from the list by clicking on it - a preview screen will open

3. If the form requires authorisation - Enter the contact name

4. Click Use Selected Form  - and it will attach it to the email


Once you've entered all information for your email, you can  Preview,  Save it as a Draft or  Send it.

If you have clicked to Send Privately the recipients will not see who else the email has been sent to.
