You can distribute your fillable forms to recipients directly from the Form Templates List with

How to Send | Distribute Forms Via Templates List

Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Smart Forms under Quality + Safety.



Select Templates and you will see a list of forms you currently have access to.



Click on the send icon on the form you would like to distribute.



Sending a Non-Private Form

You will have the options to:
  1. Send a separate form to each recipient 
  2. Send one form to all recipients for Collaboration

Info
You can add locations to a form by selecting from the dropdown options.



Sending a Private Form

Each recipient will be sent a separate form.



If the form requires an Approver, enter the contact name.
