How to Send | Distribute Forms via Smart Forms Templates
You can distribute your fillable forms to recipients directly from the Form Templates List.
How to Send | Distribute Forms Via Templates List
Navigate to the menu bar icon and click Smart Forms under Quality + Safety.
Select Templates and you will see a list of forms you currently have access to.
Click on the send icon on the form you would like to distribute.
You can add locations to a form by selecting from the dropdown options.
1. Enter your Recipient(s) - selecting multiple recipients will create a separate form for each person
2. Enter Location (optional)
3. Enter Due Date (optional)
4. Enter Message (optional)
5. Click Send form to recipients
