Before proceeding with this article you must have existing packages. Learn how to create Commnia Packages here. Only System Admins or Document Controllers can delete a package.
The Search bar is located on the main page of the document register.
Navigate to Packages / Labels and select the desired package.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the Document Register Filter.
- Click on Packages
- Select a package from the dropdown menu
- Click Apply
Once a package is selected - All the relevant documents will display on the screen.
Click the checkbox on the far left to select all the documents in the package.
4. Navigate to Packages and select Remove from Package / Label.
5. A confirmation prompt will appear where you can select Confirm to remove the selected documents from the package.
Removing all documents from a package will delete the entire package
