How to Compare Two PDF Documents and Highlight Differences | Web

Commnia provides a powerful feature allowing you to compare two PDF documents and highlight the difference, changes quickly and easily.

1. Access Document Register




2. Within Document Register, Select Files and Compare

  1. Once you select the two files, initiate the comparing process by selecting compare
  2. The documents you upload will be compared against each other for similarities
  3. Click on Show Details to see Document Details
            Black Markers: Common Items for both documents
            Red: The first document  is displayed as red
            Blue: The second document is displayed as blue



3. Share Comparison By Email

Click Attach Comparison and the document with the markups will be attached to the email and the subject will be auto-filled (you can edit the subject as required).
