Document Register - Instant Access to Documents for External Parties

Document Register Access per project for External Parties | Contacts | Tablet

In Commnia, you can grant project-specific document access within the register to an external user, ensuring they only see files relevant to that particular project. This access level simplifies collaboration, removing the need for multiple transmittals and keeping project communication streamlined and secure.

Notes
Please note that only System Administrators and Document Controllers can enable this access.

Navigate to the main menu and click Contacts.



Under the Project Users Tab you can 'Search' for the user. Please note that if the user is not part of your project you can either add them or find them in the Directory.



Click on the ellipsis on the far right and select View/Edit.



Click on 'Project Settings'
Select Full Register Access
Save



Now the user has instant access to view all Documents in the project without having to wait for a transmittal.
