Commnia’s Inbox has been designed specifically for the construction industry, taking you further than any regular mail service provider could, with in-built registers, download receipts, the ability to attach hundreds of files, and more.

At Commnia, we believe visual communication is essential for getting your message across effectively and efficiently. That’s why we created the Inbox to be a visual workspace for collaborating with recipients, with images able to be marked up and dropped straight into the body of your email.

Simple Approvals
Approve or reject documents directly from the email. 

Form Integration
Build any fillable form and send with the Commnia Inbox to allow communication with Forms. The power features of the Inbox combined with Forms can be used with Inductions, Tenders and other correspondence.

Inbox Security

  1. When the type of correspondence is set to Private then all recipients that are included under To will not be able to see each other. However, anyone from the Sender and Recipient company that has access to Commnia will be able to see the correspondence.
  2. When the type of correspondence is set to Confidential, then recipients can see each other, however the correspondence will not be visible to anyone else except those included in From, To, Cc and Bcc.
  3. When the type of correspondence is set to Private Confidential, then the recipients will not be able to see each other neither users different than those included under From, To, Cc and Bcc will not be able to see the correspondence in their inbox.
